REFUND POLICY

Once you have been charged for your monthly, or multi-month, subscription box, cannaSWAG will not be able to refund your purchase. No refunds, returns or exchanges on any cannaSWAG subscription product. Please contact our customer service for more details and assistance.

For products missing from order or damaged during the shipping process

If an item is missing from your subscription box or other order or damaged during the shipping process you must open a support ticket 48 hours of delivery of your product to qualify for a replacement item. For damaged items please submit a photo and description of the damage along with your support ticket. A replacement item will be shipped to you within 1 week as long as the item is still in stock.
