Shipping policy

cannaSWAG subscriptions are shipped on the 20th of each month, however your first box will be shipped immediately with the current months theme.  For instance, if you sign up for a subscription on the 25th of the month, you will still receive the current months box, with future boxes being shipped on the 20th.  If you have not received your box within one week of your shipping date, feel free to open a support ticket HERE so we may investigate further. 

 

For products missing from order or damaged during the shipping process

If an item is missing from your subscription box or other order or damaged during the shipping process you must open a support ticket 48 hours of delivery of your product to qualify for a replacement item. For damaged items please submit a photo and description of the damage along with your support ticket. A replacement item will be shipped to you within 1 week as long as the item is still in stock.
